I EXPEDITED FEDERAL REVIEW AND PERMITTING
II COLORADO RIVER BASIN WATER AUGMENTATION PROGRAM
(a) In general. Subject to the availability of appropriations, the Secretary shall provide $2 in Federal financial assistance for each $1 of non-Federal funds committed to an eligible project.
(b) Non-Federal share. The non-Federal share of a project may consist of—
(1) State funds;
(2) local funds;
(3) private funds;
(4) in-kind contributions, as determined appropriate by the Secretary; or
(5) a combination of amounts described in paragraphs (1) through (4).
(c) Federal share. The Federal share of an eligible project may not exceed 66⅔ percent of the total project cost.
