I EXPEDITED FEDERAL REVIEW AND PERMITTING
II COLORADO RIVER BASIN WATER AUGMENTATION PROGRAM
The Secretary may provide financial assistance under this title to—
(1) a State;
(2) a political subdivision of a State;
(3) an interstate water district or authority;
(4) a public utility;
(5) an Indian Tribe;
(6) a private entity; or
(7) a consortium of 2 or more entities described in paragraphs (1) through (6).
