To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to increase the amount and purposes of funds authorized for the Secretary of the Army to carry out water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Toledo and Oregon, Ohio, and for other purposes.

Section 219(f)(565) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 335; 138 Stat. 3125) is amended—

(1) by striking $10,500,000 and inserting $45,000,000; and

(2) by inserting , including stormwater management, water supply, and environmental restoration, after wastewater infrastructure.
