Ailani Myers Accelerating Innovation in Medicine to Cure Kids with Cancer Act

In this Act:

(1) Appropriate committees of Congress. The term appropriate committees of Congress means—

(A) the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives;

(B) the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives;

(C) the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate; and

(D) the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate.

(2) Artificial intelligence. The term artificial intelligence has the meaning given such term in section 238(g) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115–232).

(3) CCDI. The term CCDI means the initiative known as the Childhood Cancer Data Initiative.

(4) NCI Director. The term NCI Director means the Director of the National Cancer Institute.
