SEAL Team Six Congressional Gold Medal Act

(a) In general. The Secretary of the Treasury may strike and sell duplicates in bronze of the gold medal struck under section 3, at a price sufficient to cover the costs thereof, including labor, materials, dies, use of machinery, and overhead expenses.

(b) Medals provided to members of SEAL Team Six. The Secretary of the Treasury shall give a bronze medal described in subsection (a) to each member of the Naval Special Warfare Development Group and related staff who participated in defeating Osama bin Laden, as determined by the Secretary of Defense.
