Anaktuvuk Pass Food Security Access Act

This Act may be cited as the Anaktuvuk Pass Food Security Access Act.

Section 201(4)(a) of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (16 U.S.C. 410hh(4)(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act or other law, the Secretary shall permit local residents of Anaktuvuk Pass to use snowmobiles, motorboats, all-terrain vehicles, utility terrain vehicles, tracked utility vehicles, and similar off-road vehicles for subsistence purposes.
