Sec. 1. Short title

Sec. 2. Purposes

The purposes of this Act are to—

(1) foster accountability by online platforms and other internet service providers;

(2) protect internet users, voters, and the broader community from the dangers of rampant amplification of disinformation and violence; and

(3) protect online personal privacy and autonomy against commercial exploitation.
