Southern Nevada Wastewater Infrastructure Lands Act

In this Act:

(1) District. The term District means the Clark County Water Reclamation District in Clark County, Nevada.

(2) Federal land. The term Federal land means approximately 257 acres of land managed by the Bureau of Land Management and designated as Federal Land to be Conveyed on the map prepared by the Bureau of Land Management entitled Southern Nevada Wastewater Infrastructure Lands Map and dated May 19, 2026.

(3) Secretary. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
