Launching with Healthcare Act

(a) In general. Section 2714(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300gg–14(a)) is amended by striking 26 and inserting 31.

(b) Effective date. The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to plan years beginning after December 31, 2026.
