Sec. 3.
Authorization of appropriations
There is authorized to be appropriated to capitalize or recapitalize STORM FORTIFIED Roof Revolving Loan Funds administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency under this Act, $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2036, to remain available until expended.
