Sec. 2.
Expansion of eligibility for certain overtime pay for border patrol agents
Section 5550(h) of title 5, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in the subsection heading, by striking GS–12; and
(2) in paragraph (1), by striking encumbering a position at grade GS–12.
