Sec. 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Depot Data Transparency Act.

Sec. 2. Modification to annual report on depot level maintenance and repair work loads by public and private sectors

Section 2466(d)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—

(1) by striking each Defense Agency, the percentage and inserting

(A) the percentage

(2) in subparagraph (A), as so redesignated, by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and

(3) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:

(B) the dollar amount of such expended and projected funds, respectively, disaggregated by covered depot.
